These healthy fruit and veggie popsicles for kids will be a fast favorite. Sweet fruity flavors will refresh your family on hot days with an added veggie bonus no one will even notice!
1pintjar canned pineapple zucchini -or- 1 and 1/2 cup peeledchopped fresh zucchini and 1 and 1/2 cup 100% pineapple juice.
1banana halved
1/4tspvanilla extractoptional
Instructions
Gather ingredients
If using fresh zucchini, peel the zucchini and chop into 1/2 inch pieces after removing the center section seeds.
Combine ingredients into a blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into popsicle moulds and add popsicle sticks
Freeze overnight or until solid
When you're ready to serve, allow to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes, or run under warm water until they slide out easily
